Harper Elementary is currently on a hard lockdown due to a reported gunman in the area. This precautionary measure is in place to ensure the safety of all students and staff. Please be assured that everyone is secure and being closely monitored.
We ask that you avoid coming to the school grounds until further notice. We will provide additional updates as more information becomes available.

Over the weekend, Harper Elementary experienced some vandalism, which is currently under investigation by the police. All students and staff are safe, and there is no cause for concern at this time. We are working closely with authorities and appreciate your understanding.

Our third grade students are having an amazing day at Mission San Luis in Tallahassee! 🌟 Thanks to the generous grant funding from The Thomasville Antiques Show Foundation, they're on a self-guided tour exploring the fascinating animals native to Florida. This trip is a fantastic way to connect with the GA Social Studies Standards of Excellence. 🐾
